The SessionId is the parameter that identifies the user's session on the website and application. Every time the user leaves the page without completing the transaction and returns later, this value must be updated, as there will be a new information capture. This parameter is extremely relevant and should be stored and sent to ClearSale, accompanying the transaction.

For information capture, it is necessary that the script be on a single page of the website or application. The script's execution time rarely exceeds 3 seconds, however, care should be taken to prevent the user from leaving the page before this script completes its function. Therefore, we recommend choosing a page that involves user interaction, such as filling out registration data or payment information.

ClearSale will provide an access token to identify your website and application in our system. This token will be the value of the AppKey parameter and must be used on all channels where the tool is installed.
